Online Store Policies
These terms apply to purchases made on this website only. You can use the Contact Form to discuss your order. Our in-home support teams can not help you by phone, so please do not call about your orders.
Shipping
All orders will ship standard ground, and arrive about 1-2 days after the carrier receives your package. Most orders will go to the carrier about 2-5 business days after you order, depending on the parts ordered.
Returns
We accept returns for free for any reason including shipping damage, but they must be requested by you to us within 15 days of the date the carrier delivered the package to you, no exceptions.
Refunds
In the event we need to issue a refund for something that was ours or the carriers fault, you will be eligible for a full refun, including the original shipping charges. If the refund is for any other reason, the original shipping fees will not be refunded, and you may be responsible for any return shipping fees also.
Warranty Claims
We do NOT warranty any products sold by us, product warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Contact the manufacturer directly for all in-warranty or out-of-warranty claims/repairs.
In-Home & Phone Support Policies
You must contact the correct support team, if you call the wrong one we will only direct you to call the other number. Neither team can help you with online orders, please see above for order support details.
In-Warranty
If you are the orginal Nobles Pond home owner, your technology package is covered by a 12 month warranty. Which begins from the date of your initial in-home technology activation visit. To obtain this coverage you must contact Home Technology Group at 302-239-7900.
Home Technology Groups terms & conditions apply, there may be limitation or exceptions to specific coverage for your home, please refer to them for full details.
Non-Warranty
If you are NOT the original first purchaser of the home, or if it has been more than 12 months since the in home technology package activation visit, all support is handled by Iron Hill AV at 302-514-7460.
