Homes at Nobles pond come wired standard with network & cable lines to common areas of use, like a family room, office, or master bedroom. Additional zones can be added at time of sale. Your home will be hard-wired ready for your Fios internet, wi-fi & TV service. Additional Fios Wi-Fi network extenders will be available to you after activation should you need them.

As standard all homes include 2 Lutron devices for smart lighting control, with a convenient free app to control it all. You can schedule lighting scenes, and even integrate with 3rd party systems. You can optionally expand this system to more than 50 Lutron accessories, you'll have no trouble controlling a entire home.

Included with your home is a Smart powered garage door opener, as standard. As part of your technology activation we can optionally enable this to work with app control, offering you 'anywhere' access and status updates. We can take care of such things as additional smart locks, cameras or installation of TV's and other audio equipment for a minimal additional fee after the activation date.
If there is anything your considering that requires wiring into the home, such as in-ceiling speakers, we strongly recommend opting for that now. It may not be possible to wire or install some equipment after the home is completed.
When you call to schedule your post move-in activation visit you can request additional parts or services at that time for any add-on type items.
